Youth Initiatives Festival and Youth Action Team

The project is built around a Youth Action Team that takes an active role in planning and delivering all activities. This gives young people a real, practical role in creating community initiatives.

The main public outcome is a three-day Youth Initiatives Festival where participants can work with creativity, dance, technology and the development of the Kirderanniku region.

The activities include establishing the Youth Action Team, Youth Creativity and Participation Day, Youth Dance Day and Dance Battles under Narva-Jõesuu JAM, and Youth Gaming and Technology Day under Narva-Jõesuu TECH.

After the festival, the team will evaluate the project, collect participants’ ideas and continue developing new youth-led initiatives and partnerships.

The expected result is stronger regional youth cooperation, greater youth participation in community life, and the creation of new youth-led initiatives and partnerships.

For the Kirderanniku region, the project helps build a stronger youth network where young people are not only participants, but also creators of events and initiatives.
